The board of V-Mart Retail Limited in its meeting held on May 2, 2025 has considered, approved, recommended the re-appointment of Internal Auditors of the Company i.e. KPMG Assurance & Consulting Services LLP for the or the financial year 2025-26 pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company, according to the company’s regulatory filing.
The re-appointment is based on auditor’s experience and expertise. KPMG in India, a professional services firm, is the Indian member firm of KPMG International and was established in September 1993.
